Ok, the next challenge for myself is to try my hands on bread-making! Without the help of bread machines, Kitchenaid, high duty machines etc... Just rely on my bare hands! Wish me LOTS of luckSSS!
Actually wanted to try it out today, but its raining.. Which is bad for proofing.. So next time whether my family can have a fresh loaf of bread or not will have to depend on the weather!

Hi, I'm quite an amateur at baking bread. I used to depend on weather for baking bread, but not anymore now. You can actually poof your covered dough over a wok of warm water or place it in a pre-warmed rice cooker. I've been doing that for the past couple of times and they have not failed me!
Hi Anonymous,
Thanks for your wonderful tips! I shall try combine this method with good weather, and hopefully I can succeed!
Cheerios!
don't worry. You can succeed. Cos my bread dough is rising well in the rice cooker now and is ready to be baked.. heehhee..
Hi Carrie,
Good luck to you, I am sure that you can make it. :)
In fact, you can prove the bread in your pre-heated oven(pre-heat you oven at 100°C for 5mins then switch it off)
Hi Anonymous, and Franlanto:
Thanks for the wishings and encouragements! Yes, indeed, my maiden attempt in bread making is successful!
Cheerios!
